About Anxious Minds Blyth
Anxious Minds is a multi-award-winning community mental health charity with centres in Blyth and Wallsend. The Blyth branch at 86 Bowes Street provides a safe, supportive and non-judgmental space for people struggling with their mental health. Counselling is available face-to-face, by telephone or via Zoom, all at a low cost of £30 per session. The charity also runs a crisis support service for people in immediate distress. Anxious Minds works with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, bereavement and a wide range of other mental health challenges. No GP referral is needed -- you can contact them directly by phone or email at blyth@anxiousminds.co.uk.
