Blyth Workspace is a four-storey building of high-quality, contemporary serviced office space at Commissioners Quay on Quay Road, overlooking Blyth harbour. Run by Advance Northumberland, it caters for businesses from start-ups to established companies, with offices from 20 to 100 square metres, hot desk co-working space, reception services and a virtual office service.
Two meeting rooms are available to hire: a ground-floor conference space for up to 24 people and a smaller beach hut meeting room for up to 16, both with presentation screens and wireless internet. The building has fast fibre connectivity, 24-hour access with CCTV, and free parking including rapid EV charging points. Visits and tours can be arranged with the team.
